Our mission at First United Methodist Church Cheyenne is to bring to members of this congregation a nurturing in the Christian faith through relationships, teachers, settings, and materials, that all may know and experience God through Jesus Christ; claim and live God’s promises; and grow and serve as Christ’s disciples.

The education ministries at First Church are more than learning Bible stories. Christian education involves people of all ages who nurture each other while growing and walking in their faith journeys. This nurturing takes place in a variety of settings.  By participating in any of the education programs your rewards can be many: caring relationships, teamwork, meaningful conversations, playing, having fun, and the sharing of others' faith journeys.  These rewards are experienced by people and children of any age; from those in childcare, preschool, and elementary, to youth and adult education activities.

It is our vision of education at First Church Cheyenne to continually provided meaningful opportunities for people of all ages to prepare themselves to be God’s disciples, and to touch others’ lives with God’s love.
